Banana Nut Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, almond is perfect
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1-2 Tbsp dates, or maple syrup
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender, adding water if you wish, until smooth and creamy.
