Banana Nut Smoothie
Servings: 1 Large Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, almond is perfect
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1-2 Tbsp dates, or maple syrup
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
Instructions
- Puree everything in a blender, adding water if you wish, until smooth and creamy.
