Banana Ice Cream Sundae

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, optional
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 1 oz dark chocolate, optional

Instructions

  • Put the banana, and nut/seed butter if using, in a food processor or small blender and puree until it’s smooth. The mixture can look a little chunky initially, but you’ll get past it to a creamy texture if you just keep on blending. You can add a splash of water if it needs it.
  • Scoop your nice cream into a bowl, and top with raspberries and chocolate.
