Banana Bread Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 1 banana
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
Instructions
- Puree the banana, flax, cinnamon and nutmeg with 1/2-1 cup water. Pour this over the rolled oats in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the cranberries, and put in the oven or toaster oven for 10-15 min, or until heated through. Feel free to drizzle some almond milk on top if you want.
- This is also delicious as regular oatmeal, rather than baked, if you don’t have time this morning.
