Puree the banana, flax, cinnamon and nutmeg with 1/2-1 cup water. Pour this over the rolled oats in a baking dish. Sprinkle with the cranberries, and put in the oven or toaster oven for 10-15 min, or until heated through. Feel free to drizzle some almond milk on top if you want.
This is also delicious as regular oatmeal, rather than baked, if you don’t have time this morning.
