Balsamic Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Toss the cooked quinoa with the diced tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Grind fresh pepper on top, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
