Balsamic Quinoa Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1-2 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
- pinch sea salt
- pinch black pepper
Instructions
- Toss the cooked quinoa with the diced tomato, cucumber, and avocado. Grind fresh pepper on top, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
