Apple Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apple
  • 2 Tbsp dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding enough water for the consistency you enjoy in your smoothie.

Notes

Unless you have a high-powered blender, this will be a bit chunky. You can also eat this as is, or baked, rather than making into a smoothie.
