'Smores

Ingredients
- 2 tea biscuit
- 1 Tbsp dark chocolate
- 1/4 banana
Instructions
- Spear the piece of banana on a stick and roast on the fire, rotating occasionally to make sure it doesn't burn.
- Lay the piece of chocolate on one of the biscuits, then place the banana on top and cover with the second biscuit, smooshing down the banana softy to spread it out.
Notes
Graham crackers are the traditional 'smore cookies. They are usually made with honey, which isn't vegan. Other options would be homemade graham crackers or other similar kinds of biscuits, or store-bought digestive cookies or rich tea biscuits work nicely.
