Green Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 cup water, approx
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, mint or oregano
  • 1 tsp spirulina
  • 1 Tbsp hemp protein powder, (optional or another vegan protein powder)

Instructions

  • Puree everything until smooth. If you have a small blender cup, puree the greens first since they'll shrink down and leave from for the rest of the ingredients.
