Creamy Sunflower Hemp Milk
Servings: 2 cups
Ingredients
- 2 cup water
- 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, or another seed or walnuts
- 2 dates, or 1-2 Tbsp unrefined sugar or 5 drops of stevia or splash of maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Put in a blender, and puree until smooth.
- If you want, you can strain the fiber from the seeds with a cheese cloth or mesh.
- Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
