Creamy Sunflower Hemp Milk

Ingredients

  • 2 cup water
  • 3 Tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 2 Tbsp hemp seeds, or another seed or walnuts
  • 2 dates, or 1-2 Tbsp unrefined sugar or 5 drops of stevia or splash of maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Put in a blender, and puree until smooth.
  • If you want, you can strain the fiber from the seeds with a cheese cloth or mesh.
  • Keep in an air-tight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
