Apple Cinnamon Oats

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats, dry
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp flaxseed, ground
- 2 Tbsp molasses
- 1 apple
Instructions
- Mix the oats, cinnamon and flax together in a bowl. Boil some water, and pour over the oats. Let them soak about 5 min, cut up the apple into chunks or slices and top the oats.
Notes
You can also let the oats soak with cold or room temperature water, it just needs longer to soften - half an hour to overnight.
