There’s something inside you, right now, that’s telling you it’s important to eat and live healthfully.
Sometimes it’s really strong, sometimes it’s hard to stick with it when the temptations and the laziness and the crazy-busy-ness get in the way.
So your first step is to think about what motivates you. The more you can keep that top of mind, the stronger you’ll be in the face of the things that could throw you off.

Hi Heather! After a period with a lot of struggling with school work and lower mental health. I wanted to start to turn things around without beating myself up, doing small steps that feel good! Some of what is motivating me to eat healthy is the joy of eating delicious food that is good for you, knowing that eating this way help animals, the earth, and myself ( which is pretty cool!) And, as you were talking about, letting healthy eating lift up other important aspects of my life as well ๐

I get stuck in the downward cycle where one misstep leads to giving up and sliding into a pool of failure! My motivation is to reverse some metabolic problems, lose weight, have more energy (YES! Especially now that I’ve retired and get to spend every minute doing anything I want)
