High five! You’ve taken the first step to a higher level of healthy eating. There are basics that are important for everyone, but to get to optimal health you need to follow a path that’s unique to you. The recommendations here are designed for your particular imbalance – the thing that’s keeping you from being truly healthy.

My best recommendations are going to be when you’re as open with me as possible, so I hope you feel comfortable answering these questions fully, and have about 15 minutes to put some thought to it.
