This is an easy, protein-packed snack to enjoy at home or on-the-go.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup edamame beans, or lima beans
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tsp tamari

Instructions

  • Thaw or steam the beans, then serve drizzled with sesame oil and tamari.

Notes

You can easily scoop them into a small container, while still frozen, and pack up with your lunch. They'll thaw out and be ready to enjoy for a mid-afternoon snack!
