lettuce

carrots

celery
1/2
cup
Indian Red Lentil Dip
,
or hummus
1/2
cup
lima beans
1/4
cup
salsa
1
Tbsp
tahini
Instructions
Put the lima beans in a small pot with some water, and boil or steam for about 5 min.
While that's happening, wash and tear the lettuce onto a plate, top with the veggies and bean dip.
Stir the salsa and tahini together in a small bowl.
Drain the lima beans once they're soft, put them on top of the salad, and spoon the dressing on top of everything..
