Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 Tbsp hemp seeds, or sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds, or flaxseeds
  • 1 Tbsp maca powder, optional
  • 1 tsp maqui berry powder, optional
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup ice, optional
  • 0.5 cup rolled oats, or almond butter or vegan protein powder (optional)

Instructions

  • Put everything in a blender and puree until smooth!
