Mango Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1 carrot, peeled
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding water as you want or need.

Notes

Carrots may be a bit chunky if your blender isn’t a high-powered one. If you don’t want to chew your smoothie, feel free to leave them out or have them on the side instead.
