Load up a salad with lots of veggies and hummus - even if you're in a hotel!

Ingredients

  • 4 cups lettuce
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup hummus
  • 2 tsp olive oil, optional
  • pinch sea salt, optional

Instructions

  • Put the greens on plates, top with the veggies and hummus, drizzle with the oil and sprinkle the salt over the veggies.
