Hot Matcha Smoothie

Get a matcha boost, in a soft and creamy morning smoothie.
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder, or 2 bags green tea
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1-2 Tbsp almond butter, or 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt
- 1-2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds, or ground flax
Boil some water, and whisk the matcha powder in a mug with 1-2 cups water, then pour into a blender. Or use the tea bags, and steep for 3-5 minutes, then remove the tea bag and pour the hot tea into a blender.
Add everything else to the blender, and puree until smooth.
