quinoa

dry

water
1
banana

pureed or mashed
1/2
cup
non-dairy milk

optional – or water

Tbsp
protein powder

tbsp
cocoa powder

or carob

raspberries

optional
Instructions
Put the quinoa and water in a pot. Turn to high to bring to a boil, then turn down low to simmer for about 20 minutes.
Mash or puree the banana with the non-dairy milk, protein and cocoa powders.
Once the quinoa is cooked, scoop it into bowls and top with the cocoa-banana mixture and raspberries.
