Candy Cane Superfood Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, peeled and frozen
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1/4 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup water, or pure juice (cranberry is nice)

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth and creamy. Top off with more goji berries and a tiny sprig of mint.

Notes

Advance prep: the banana and raspberries need to be frozen before you start.
Note: This doesn't re-freeze well, so it's best to make it right when you want to serve it.
