Put the apple juice and whole spices in a pot, bring to a boil, turn down and simmer for 10 minutes while you chop the fruit. Remove the whole spices when this is done.
Pour the juice mixture over the fruits in a baking dish, and then stir to coat the fruit evenly. Put in an oven heated to 350 degrees F and bake for 20 minutes, or until the fruit is soft.
Serve the fruit along with a Sesame Oat Spice Muffin for a full breakfast.
