Here are a few tips to help you get the most out of this site!
Members’ Froum. One aspect of this site that makes it really great is that I’ve built in the ability for you to ask me cooking and nutrition questions in the forum, and get and give support from others. You can do that by clicking the ‘Members’ Forum‘ link in the right sidebar.
Password. You can change your password by clicking ‘Membership Details’ toward the bottom of the right sidebar. This is especially nice if my system gave you a gibberish password. Unfortunately, you can’t change your username.
Downloads. Many membership sites either don’t do this or charge you extra, but I want to give you as much value as possible, so you have the option of downloading all of the text, videos and audios on this site. Of course, some of the video files are very big because they’re long videos (the cooking class videos average 500MB), so you certainly don’t have to download them, but if you want to do so, right-click on each link, and if prompted, choose to save the file to your computer.
Take note of where it is going to download to on your computer, because sometimes people download files and can’t find them.
As for playing the downloaded videos on your computer, there are so many video formats out there, and there is no player that can play all of them. If the videos don’t play, you can download Quicktime. Quicktime is a very popular player that can play these mp4 videos and if you don’t already have it on your computer, it’s a great player to have. You can get it here for free: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/
