When I shifted to a healthier diet, then to a vegetarian diet, then to a vegan diet, I found the opposite was true. I found my meals had more flavor.
You just need to know the secrets of seasoning. Not everyone does. Sometimes at restaurants, I get served something so bland and boring that I understand why people are skeptical of vegan food.
