Sweet & Salty Trail Mix

I've had requests for easy and simple snack recipes - so here you go! This is a breeze to throw together, can save you money and is totally healthy! I added a couple of little treats, too :) Optional, but fun if you can find them.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almonds, (or walnuts, cashews, peanuts or mixed nuts)
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds, or pumpkin
  • 1/4 cup dry roasted edamame beans
  • 1/4 cup raisins, or dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup dried figs, chopped (or apricots)
  • 1/4 cup banana chips, or dried mango
  • 2 Tbsp non-dairy chocolate chips, or flaked coconut
  • 1 tbsp cocoa nibs, optional

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a jar or bag and shake to mix.
