Strawberry Milkshake

This thick, creamy shake is naturally sweet and totally healthy. It makes a great treat at the end of a long day. Put up your feet and make dinner later.
- 2 cups strawberries
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup non-dairy yogurt, or canned coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp unrefined sugar, or maple syrup (optional)
- ice cubes, for blending (optional)
In a blender, combine the strawberries, milk, yogurt, sugar (if using), and ice (if using). Purée until smooth and creamy.
