Strawberry Kiwi Spritzer

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup kiwi, or pineapple
  • 1/4 lemon, optional
  • 1-2 Tbsp fresh mint, optional
  • 1/2 cup water, still
  • 2 cups sparkling water

Instructions

  • Purée the fruit, lemon juice, and mint (if using) with the still water in a blender until smooth.
  • Pour the sparkling water in a cup, and add the puréed fruit to it. This prevents too much fizzing and pressure inside the blender with the sparkling water.

Notes

If you don’t want to blend anything, try this with pure cranberry juice instead of the strawberry-kiwi purée.
