Spiced Melon Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cantaloupe
  • 2 Tbsp dates
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp ground cardamom
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 Tbsp nut/seed butter, or hemp seeds

Instructions

  • Puree everything in a blender until smooth, adding water as you wish. This also makes a wonderful fruit salad if you prefer.
