Simple Lime Broccoli Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup broccoli
  • 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1/4 lime

Instructions

  • Tear the lettuce and put on a plate, top with the other veggies and squeeze the lime to drizzle with juice.

Notes

If you prefer, you can puree the avocado and lime juice, with a bit of water and a pinch of salt, into a creamy dressing.
