- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, any kind, chopped
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1 cup snow peas, or snap peas, chopped

- 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp tamari, soy sauce
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
