Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

This fresh mango salsa is perfect to put on top of a grilled portobello as a vegan option at a family/friend BBQ. It goes wonderfully with a white bean dip, and some other grilled veggies.
- 2 cups mango, diced
- 1 cup tomato, diced
- 1 clove fresh garlic, pressed
- 1/2 lime, juice and zest
- 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, (or parsley, mint, and/or basil)
- pinch sea salt
