Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

This fresh mango salsa is perfect to put on top of a grilled portobello as a vegan option at a family/friend BBQ. It goes wonderfully with a white bean dip, and some other grilled veggies.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mango, diced
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 clove fresh garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 lime, juice and zest
  • 1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, (or parsley, mint, and/or basil)
  • pinch sea salt

Instructions

  • Mix everything together in a bowl, or pulse in a food processor if you want a smoother texture.
