cocoa powder

or pure solid chocolate or carob powder

maple syrup

or 1 tsp stevia

water

boiling

non-dairy milk
Instructions
Put the cocoa and maple syrup in a mug and stir until it makes a paste. Pour in the water and/or non-dairy milk and stir until fully combined.
Add the non-dairy milk and stir again to mix.
Notes
If you want to give your cocoa a kick, add any liqueur of your choice. An ounce of brandy or cointreau, kahlua or any liqueur of your choice
