Put all of the powders in a bowl, and add the almond milk slowly, a tablespoons at a time, and stir to bring the icing together.
Spread the icing on your cookies and decorate. For a house, be sure to add icing to all of the joints, including the bottoms of the walls so that the house sticks firmly to the base.
Get creative in your decorations - I like to use dried fruit and nuts since they’re wholesome and I usually have them on hand. When I make a gingerbread house, I often use foliage to decorate the scene.
