Blueberry Almond Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cup non-dairy milk
  • 4 Tbsp chia seeds, whole or ground
  • 1 Tbsp unrefined sugar, or 10-15 drops liquid stevia, optional
  • 1 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 3 Tbsp almonds

Instructions

  • Mix together the non-dairy milk, chia seeds and sweetener (if using) and pour into 3 small bowls.
  • Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then serve one bowl topped with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 Tbsp almonds.

Notes

Use different flavors, like orange zest, mint or almond extract, with different fruit, like raspberries or pears.
