Ingredients

non-dairy milk

chia seeds

whole or ground

unrefined sugar

or 10-15 drops liquid stevia, optional

Instructions
Mix together the non-dairy milk, chia seeds and sweetener (if using) and pour into 3 small bowls.
Chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes, then serve one bowl topped with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 Tbsp almonds.
Notes
Use different flavors, like orange zest, mint or almond extract, with different fruit, like raspberries or pears.
