Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, whole leaf or chopped
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1 Tbsp green onion

Instructions

  • Assemble everything in a lettuce leaf and eat as a wrap, or simply chop things up and eat as a salad.
