Ingredients

  • 1 whole grain wrap, or gluten-free wrap
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, torn
  • 1/2 cup avocado, chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, chopped
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch black pepper

Instructions

  • Arrange everything on the center of the wrap, sprinkle with salt and pepper, tuck in the ends and roll up. Try putting in a sandwich grill, on the stove or in a toaster oven until warmed through.
